I have academic appointments at UCSF and UC Berkeley that allow me to teach graduate and medical students, residents, and post-doctoral fellows. For over 7 years, I have been teaching a semester course on sexual health promotion and STD control. As the clinical co-director of the California STD/HIV Prevention Training Center, I have developed curricula and conducted training for practicing providers on STD screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
